Terms of Service

By accessing or utilizing CarzUAE (the "Platform"), you formally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you strictly disagree with our protocols, do not use the Platform. CarzUAE is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and abides by UAE Federal laws.

• You must provide flawless, accurate, and contemporary information when building an account.
• You are singularly responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must be universally recognized as an adult (at least 18 years old) to enter this platform.
• One person may not operate multiple shadow accounts without prior manual approval from our executive teams.

• You may only list vehicles that you legally possess or hold authorized power-of-attorney to liquidate.
• All listing variables must be painfully accurate, including explicit damages, high mileage caps, condition notes, and authentic original photos.
• Duplicate spanning listings for the same chassis are algorithmically blocked.
• Stock photos, rendered 3D images, or imagery extracted from other dealerships are severely prohibited.

Sellers are physically required to verify their identity by capturing and submitting a valid Emirates ID coupled with biometrics. This rigid process confirms the seller is a recognizable entity. Sellers who clear this protocol receive a Verified insignia, unlocking high-tier buyer traffic.

• Dealer fleet subscriptions are dynamically billed monthly. Soft cancellation protocols take effect precisely at the end of the active billing perimeter.
• All payments are relayed through encrypted Tap Payment vectors.
• Prices are statically locked in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and aggregate all applicable municipal taxes.

CarzUAE acts solely as the bridge routing buyers and sellers. We are strictly not a party to any contract executed between users. Buyers and sellers retain isolated responsibility for negotiating clauses, initiating physical mechanic inspections, and completing the transaction timeline. We do not explicitly guarantee the mechanical integrity or structural legality of any vehicle listed.

• Injecting false, misleading, or heavily deceptive mileage representations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our ranking engines or falsifying trust scores.
• Harassing, digitally stalking, or violently abusing other buyers across chat panels.
• Deploying automated bots or scrapers to extract our data grids without a valid API key.
• Attempting to circumvent tracking protocols to avoid standard listing taxation.
• Listing blacklisted vehicles, salvage titles masking as clean, or unreleased liens.

CarzUAE retains the explicit unilateral authority to forcefully suspend or obliterate your account at any moment for bypassing these rules, simulating fraudulent activity, or destroying marketplace integrity. Active fees are universally non-refundable upon forced termination.

CarzUAE is provided "as-built," entirely without warranties, implied or explicit. We shield ourselves from liability linked to any damages spawned from utilizing the infrastructure, off-road transactions with users, or reliance on seller-injected data. Our absolute total liability acts strictly limited to the cumulative fees you have successfully processed to CarzUAE in the passing 12 chronological months.

These guidelines are governed directly by the established laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be unilaterally solved within the robust courts of Dubai, UAE.
